Terms of Service

Welcome to Keng Studio ("the App"), a desktop application developed and operated by Keng Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

Keng Studio is a production-grade desktop tool for AI-assisted film and anime creation. You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to produce content that violates the acceptable use policies of any AI model providers integrated within the App.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App without our prior written consent.

2. Accounts and API Keys

Certain features of the App may require you to provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers. You are solely responsible for safeguarding those keys, all charges incurred under them, and all activity conducted through them. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your API keys.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Keng Studio. The App is licensed, not sold. You retain all rights to content you create with the App, subject to the terms of any underlying AI model providers.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App integrates third-party AI models for image and video generation. We do not control those models and are not responsible for any content they produce. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated output. You must comply with the usage policies of each AI provider whose services you access through the App.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features or plans may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keng Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
